
🏫 How to Enrol at Pallara State School

✍️ Enrolment Process – 4 Easy Steps
🔹 Step 1: Check your eligibility.
- ✅ Your child lives in our catchment

- ✅ Your child has a *sibling currently enrolled at Pallara State School
and still attending when your child starts
* A
sibling is a person who shares one or both biological or legal parents with another person. In simpler terms, siblings are brothers and sisters to each other. They can be:
- Full siblings (same mother and father),
- Half-siblings (one shared parent),
- Step-siblings (related through the marriage of their parents, but not by blood),
- Or adoptive siblings (legally adopted into the same family).
If you do not meet the above criteria, you will not be eligible to enrol your child/ren in our school.

Complete the form relevant to your enrolling student:
📩 After your details are verified, you will receive the full enrolment form via email.
🔹 Step 4: Full Enrolment Application
Once approved through Step 3:

Ensure you have the following documents ready in a PDF Format ready to upload.
Provide:

💡 If any of these documents cannot be provided then a properly sworn Statutory Declaration - External Link from the enrolling parent or legal guardian attesting that the student's principal place of residence for enrolment purposes at Pallara State School is the place nominated in the enrolment application will be required. Applicants should note that a false statement/assertion about the student's principal place of residence may amount to an offence and may be reported to police. The Principal may repeal a decision to enrol a student in such circumstances.

Choose one of the following:
Birth Certificate (if born in Australia)
Australian Citizenship Certificate
Date arrived in Australia (if your child was NOT BORN in Australia & DOES have Australian Citizenship)
Passport; Visa; Date of Arrival Stamp (if your child was NOT BORN in Australia and DOES NOT have Australian Citizenship)
🎓 What Happens Next?
Once all forms and documents are received:
✅ We will contact you to book an enrolment interview (If enrolling for the current school year)
🗓️ For 2026 enrolments, more information will be sent to you closer to the end of the year about important dates to complete your child's enrolment. For Prep enrolments, make sure you note the important dates in the 2026 Prep Enrolment Pack (PDF, 4MB).
