Dear Parents/Carers,
We are providing the opportunity for our 2024 Year 6 students to order a Year 6 Senior Polo Shirt.
The P&C are subsiding $5 of the cost of each student’s first shirt, making the price of one shirt $24 and two shirts $54. This will be the only order of shirts made for the cohort and is expected to be delivered Term 1, 2024.
The shirts are made from sports microfibre featuring the latest technology in sublimated garment printing in black, white, green and yellow. The school logo and ‘seniors’ will be printed on the back of shirt. The shirt represents the school uniform colours to allow students to wear them anytime as part of their school uniforms (except for special occasion where Formal uniform is required).
To qualify to order the polo, the following must have occurred in the 2023 school year:
- Full Payment of for the shirt/s received by due date (Wednesday 22nd November, 2023)
- Return completed order form to your child’s teacher or email to rmcco144@eq.edu.au
- Full payment of the 2023 Student Resource Scheme
Invoices will be sent out Monday 6th November and must be paid by Wednesday 22nd November. No late payments will be accepted. Refunds are not available if the incorrect size is ordered.
A size guide has been attached to the order form to assist you. Please consider the growth of your child over the 2024 school year when you select a size to order. Sample shirts will be available to try on, on set mornings from 7:30am – 8:20am outside the administration office as below:
- 5 Green & 5 Yellow – Thursday 26th of October (Week 4)
- 5 Purple & 5 Orange – Friday 27th of October (Week 4)
- 5 Red & 5 Blue – Monday 30th of October (Week 5)
- Catch up time – Tuesday 31st of October (Week 5)
