Dear Parents and Caregivers Please be advised that assistance with registering for QParents will not be available at the office during school pickup and drop-off times. These periods are particularly busy with other parent inquiries, and unfortunately, we lack the resources to manage additional registration support during these times. If you need help with registration and are unable to attend one of our scheduled registration sessions, please email admin@pallarass.eq.edu.au to arrange a suitable time for assistance. We understand that the registration process can be complex if you don't have the required ID ready, which is why we are hosting registration sessions regularly each week. If you have registered for an account and your student's status is still pending, it may be due to insufficient ID provided during the registration process. Please contact us via email (admin@pallarass.eq.edu.au) to arrange a time to provide the necessary ID and verify your account. Special After-Hours QParents Registration Session We are pleased to announce a special after-hours QParents registration session to accommodate those who have not yet signed up. Please note: This session is only for those parents who have not yet signed up to QParents and require assistance. If you already have an account, this session is not applicable to you. Accessing your child's report cards. (They will no longer be emailed)
Signing consent forms for excursions and online services (paper consent forms will no longer be distributed).
Accessing the platform via web browser or mobile app. Due to staffing constraints, we typically cannot offer information sessions outside of school hours. However, as a one-time exception, we are providing this session. We require at least 25 bookings for the session to proceed. Early registration is encouraged to help us gauge attendance and plan accordingly. More information will come out closer to the night. If we do not reach a sufficient number, it will not be feasible for us to hold this session and it may be cancelled. Your participation is crucial for the success of this event.
